Refund and Cancellation Policy
BubbleBridge refund and cancellation standards.

This Policy sets out BubbleBridge's refund standards for paid services, subscriptions, credits, and digital content.
The Service is currently provided for free, and users are not charged service fees. If paid features are provided, the Company will clearly display prices, payment methods, subscription periods, service start timing, refund restrictions, and support contact information before payment.
1. Free Service
While the Service is provided for free, no service fee is charged to users, and no payment exists to be refunded.
2. Information Before Paid Services
Before providing paid services, the Company will clearly display the following information in the Service.
- Product name and service details
- Price, whether VAT is included, and billing cycle
- When service provision begins
- Whether subscription renewal applies and how to cancel
- Withdrawal period and restriction reasons
- Refund standards and refund processing period
- Support contact information
3. Withdrawal of Purchase
- Users may request withdrawal of purchase within the period set by applicable law.
- However, withdrawal may be restricted after digital content or online service provision begins.
- If withdrawal restrictions apply, the Company will clearly display them before payment.
- If display or notice is insufficient, the user's withdrawal right may not be restricted.
4. Refund Standards
If paid features are provided, the following standards apply depending on the product structure.
4.1 Subscription Services
- Subscription cancellation applies from the next billing date.
- Fees for a billing period that has already started are generally non-refundable.
- Refunds are provided for service failure, duplicate payment, causes attributable to the Company, or where required by law.
4.2 Credit Services
- Unused credits may be refunded if requested within 7 days of purchase.
- Used credits are not refundable.
- Bonus, promotional, or free credits may be excluded from refunds.
4.3 One-Time Payment Services
- Payment may be canceled before translation processing starts.
- Refunds may be restricted after translation processing starts or results are provided.
- If results are not properly provided, the Company provides reprocessing or a refund.
5. Refund Method
- Refunds are generally processed through the payment method used by the user.
- If refund through the same method is difficult due to the payment method, the Company may discuss another method with the user.
- Refund processing time may vary depending on payment processors, card companies, banks, or other external institutions.
6. Refund Requests

- Required information: payment email, payment date, product name, payment amount, and refund reason
7. Errors and Failures
If the Service is not properly provided due to a cause attributable to the Company, the Company will provide an appropriate measure such as reprocessing, credit restoration, period extension, or refund.
8. Abuse
The Company may restrict refunds if a user uses the Service in violation of the Terms or applicable law. However, refunds required by applicable law will be provided.
